Childhood Passion for Dance & Music

Since childhood, I was drawn to the rhythm of music. Singing, dancing, and playing the tabla were not just hobbies—they were my way of expressing emotions. Performing at competitions in Nagpur, I knew movement was my true passion. But little did I know that this love would later help me transform my life completely.

When Dreams Came at a Cost

I moved to Mumbai and worked as a music producer, collaborating with renowned artists. While this was a dream come true, long hours at the music desk, irregular eating habits, and late nights took a toll on my physical and mental health. I gained weight, struggled with sinus issues, and lost confidence in my body.”

The Turning Point: Reclaiming My Health & Passion
One day, I looked in the mirror and saw someone I didn’t recognize. I decided to take control of my health—through dance, yoga, and mindfulness. Step by step, I shed 20 kg, overcame my sinus issues, and built strength from within. This transformation wasn’t just physical; it was a complete reset of my mind and body.

Certifying My Passion: Therapeutic Yoga Teacher​

My transformation was so profound that I felt a deep calling to help others experience the same. To refine my practice and knowledge, I pursued the Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training at Bodhi School of Yoga, India. This journey deepened my understanding of movement, breathwork, and meditation—but the most powerful lessons didn’t come from textbooks. They came from my own experience of self-healing and transformation.

With this foundation, I founded Simply Fit Hub—a space where dance, yoga, and meditation come together to help people reclaim their health, energy, and confidence. My goal is to make holistic fitness accessible, guiding others toward a stronger body and a balanced mind.
