Originally from Nagpur, she built a career as a music producer in Mumbai, working on projects like the Marathi film Jayanti alongside singer Javed Ali. But long hours at her desk and an unhealthy lifestyle took a toll on her physical and mental health.

Determined to reclaim her well-being, Ruhee turned to dance, her childhood passion. Through consistent practice, she lost 15 kg, overcame chronic sinus issues, and discovered the power of movement in healing the body and mind.

This journey led her to create Simply Fit Hub, a space where fitness meets joy, music, and mindfulness. Today, she helps people reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and achieve lasting transformation—without crash diets or extreme workouts.
